Complete your tutor profile, submit any required documents or teaching samples, and make sure your availability is current. You will receive an email when your profile is approved and ready for students.
Refresh the session, check camera and microphone permissions, and try switching networks if possible. If the issue continues, let the student know, then submit a support request with the session time and a short description of what happened.
Payouts are processed based on the current Math-A-Matics payment schedule. Make sure your payment information is complete and accurate, then check your payout history for pending or completed payments.
Use the fastest support channel available during business hours and include the student's name, lesson time, and what you have already tried. For non-urgent questions, submit a request and the team will follow up by email.
Send a detailed request so support can route it quickly. Include the student name if relevant, the lesson date/time, screenshots, and any troubleshooting steps you already tried.
